If you are new to West Buckland Village Hall, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the Hall layout, our Conditions of Hire and policy documents page.

To make a booking, go to the date you wish to hire on the calendar and click the “+” icon to start a booking request. You will then be prompted to log in or register as a new hirer. An online Customer User Guide is available to help you through this process.

Once logged in, complete the booking details and confirm your agreement to the Conditions of Hire and Information for Hirers. After submission, your booking will appear as provisional on the calendar.

We will then contact you to confirm the booking and advise if a deposit is required. If you have any questions at any stage, please email [information needed]
 

For your convenience, the Hall will be opened 15 minutes before the start of your booking, and support will be available for new hirers to answer any questions.
